ELIGIBILITY:

The show is open to all artist educators in the area served by the Southwestern Division of the VAEA.

A $10.00 entry fee is required for non-members to support SWVAEA activities.

There is no charge for current SWVAEA members to enter the show as a benefit of membership.

MEDIA:

All fine arts media including painting, sculpture, graphics, ceramics, textiles, mixed media, and photography are accepted.  There are a limited number of pedestals available.

SALES:

No commission will be charged for works sold from the exhibition.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

All artists may submit up to two works.

All works must be framed, wired, and ready for hanging or otherwise suitably prepared for exhibition.

Work should not exceed 40” in any dimension.

Sculpture must be portable by not more than two persons and weigh less than 50 lbs.

Works will be accepted on January 4, 2013 between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 P.M.
